Construction Guru processes the question and photographs you submit to produce and store your assessment. Payment providers process purchase information; Construction Guru stores a purchase reference and unlock state, not your card details.

Data we use

Your description, optional property type, optional photographs, a random device owner token, assessment output, purchase status and essential security logs.

Why

To provide, secure and restore the assessment you requested, prevent purchase replay, and meet legal obligations.

Retention and deletion

Assessments are retained until you delete them or the configured retention period expires. Use “Delete my assessments” in the service to remove assessments associated with this device. Payment records may be retained where legally required.

Processors

The service uses a third-party assessment provider to process submitted content and Stripe or Google Play to process purchases. Replace this section with the deployed legal entities, hosting provider, retention period, controller address and contact details before launch.

Safety

Do not submit faces, identity documents, payment details or other unnecessary personal information in descriptions or photographs.
